They’ve got a decent amount of pet meds and supplies, so I was able to find some of what I needed. But tbh, the selection feels kinda limited when it comes to certain brands and sizes. Not bad overall, I just wish there was more to choose from lol.

"Shipping was fine, but the cold pack had me worried"

Like, I get that shipping happens and it’s hot out, but if this is how it arrives now, what’s it going to look like in the middle of summer? Not a disaster, but definitely made me a little uneasy.

I was looking up some meds for my dog on sierrapetmeds.com, and right away it just felt straightforward. I didn’t have to think too hard about where to go, the pages loaded fine, and I found the product details without getting stuck clicking around forever.

I actually like how easy it is to move my autoship dates around. Sometimes I swear these companies want stuff showing up way too early so you end up buying more than you need, but this one lets me adjust it without a whole battle. Nice to have a little control over the system for once

I ordered some pet meds and they did arrive, so I’ll give them that. The actual order seemed to be there, and nothing was missing as far as I could tell.

That said, the packaging wasn’t great. The box was crushed on one side, and everything inside was kind of loose like it’d been bouncing around the whole time. One of the bottles looked a little dirty too, which didn’t exactly make me feel great.

Nothing looked broken, but it just didn’t feel packed very carefully. Since it’s pet meds, I’d expect a bit more care with shipping. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they improve the packaging...

What is going on with nah? service was always fabulous in the past. since 2017 hit, medications are not getting out, customer service agents take weeks to respond, and when they do, they lie about the status of the orders. tracking orders are sent, but the items never make it to the postal service for delivery, and since no communication with the customer occurs, our animals suffer needlessly. i cannot express enough how angry i am about this. they've screwed me twice since 2017, so i have to deal with the pain of watching my dying dog not get the medications she needs to ease her pain in her final months.
